What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
When parents are purchasing items from the store and we have multiple locations, we don’t know which location they are purchasing it for. So it gets very difficult to know who’s orders belong to who. |
How should this work? |
Either have separate stores with the same items which would be the best option, or perhaps even a drop down option (required) to choose the location. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Everyone would benefit from this. Staff/Admin would benefit from this because we would know who is getting what orders, because we can choose perhaps where the orders are going and know which parents are ordering what. The parents will also benefit because they will get their orders sooner as we do not have to sort through everything trying to figure out who’s is who’s. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will save our staff a lot of time not having to sort through every order that comes through online store. |
