What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
We have three studio locations that take time to travel between. Having a class conflict check similar to a quick change check it would alert if they are in another class that backs up to or overlaps at another location. |
How should this work? |
Just like the quick change check, it would look at a student's classes and alert if there was a conflict in locations or times. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
This would help staff and admin first check to see if we are scheduling required classes at the same times, or different locations, and also help with students' schedules to spread classes out. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
I currently have to self-check each student, which classes they are enrolled in on each day of the week, and if that conflicts. Then make adjustments. But often that means an entire schedule change affecting multiple people. |
