You can't accurately advertise/show your tuition total in the portal for parents to see if you use prorated fees.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Being able to advertise/show accurate prorated tuition amount in online registration and the portal for parents to see. As the season goes, I want the prorated amount to show to parents, not the full year amount because the full year amount is not accuarte then.

How should this work?

If using proration settings, the prorated amount should be reflected in online registration. I would like to advertise the most current/accurate/and up to date price of the class throughout the whole year without having to maually change it week to week.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

admins will have less work on their plate by not having to manually prorate the fees weekly in order to have the most accuarte price reflected OR will have less emails from parents about pricing of classes because we will be able to list the accurate price for them online. Parents and students will benefit, they won't have to email us to find out how much the season costs if the tuition is not listed OR if it is listed, do the math to figure out how much they will actually be charged since the full year tuition is what they are being advertised.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would make paying the elite pricing for this system a lot more worth it. The prorating setting is essentially use less if you also want to be able to advertise the prorated tuition amounts in online registration.
