Late fee policy to be triggered on day of private lesson

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

At the moment I can only set the late fee to start counting down from the day a private lessons is booked into the system, not the day that the lesson occurs on. Currently I have to go into every lesson that is booked in, assign a due date (the date it’s booked for) and then apply my late fee policy. Very time consuming when there are 60+ private lessons booked in every week.

How should this work?

On the day the private lessons is booked for, the late fee policy is enacted, ie. 14 days to pay for the lesson from the date the lesson occurs otherwise a fee of 10% is added.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Eliminate so much work from my admin duties and help streamline payments.
