Sometimes a class needs to be re-scheduled but it ends up being on a different day than when the class is normally held due to the availability of staff and resources.

The rescheduled class should appear in the lesson plan even if it's on a different day than it usually happens.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Becasue we lease space that is shared by many groups we need to be flexible when special events are held (ie: at election time our venue is used as a voting station, municipal government may need the space for open houses, etc.) We need to be able to keep lesson plans consistent even when our schedule gets changed for reasons beyond our control.
