Make products inactive from point of sale

We do not want to delete items completely in case we need to go back and look at the amounts sold, but we would like for certain items to be "hidden" from the point of sale. We sell a different "recital t-shirt" each year, and this would eliminate the issue of accidentally selling last year's shirt when searching through POS for the item. Currently, there is the ability to either completely delete the product or to inactivate it from the online store, but this is a specific issue to products being sold at our front desk through POS.
