Teachers should be able to CC admin on emails sent to parents

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I want my teachers to send emails to their students from their own accounts, but often times I need to be copied on that corrspondence (ex: trying to schedule a makeup class for a specific student or multiple students) and currently there's no option to CC the studio manager on communication. In most cases, I don't want my teachers sending correspondence from my email account because I don't want to be flooded with replies and the entire conversation but I do need to be looped in on the initial email.

How should this work?

Emails sent from the teacher's email account should either automatically CC the admin, or at the very least send a copy of the email to the instructor's email so they can forward that message to me as an "FYI" message.
