After a parent click submit on the class registration page it should take them to a page to either enter a card or select a card they have on file then click finish to process payment and save card on file for auto pay. A lot of people get confused when registering when it stays on the same page and only have little red letters at the top telling them to enroll in auto pay then they have to click around elsewhere and find that. It is very confusing to new parents and a lot of people stop the registration process altogether after that point. This would be more user friendly and would be a way to get existing parents to update their card on file if need for the new year.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

New clients are very confused when enrolling after clicking submit and it stays on the registration class page. A lot of people miss reading at the top they need to enroll in auto pay and are confused where to navigate that too. So much people just won't enroll - I think my idea would be helpful for people to complete their registration easier and help keep cards of file from existing parents up to date.

How should this work?

make a page after they hit submit for classes that allows them to enter either card info or be able to select the card on file they already have - then after they enter their card info, take them to waiver page, then completed page!

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin and clients signing up

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Will get people to continue with their registration and have people not be so confused with the program. People don't like to read, so doing the steps for them will make it much easier.
