"Mark as Processed" option for in person sales


What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Often parents will order a uniform item in person or over the phone and we will use the POS to complete the sale. Sometimes these items are backordered or out of stock and there is no way of marking whether the items have been received by the students or not.

How should this work?

Similarly to how online orders work, you are able to mark as processed once students have received their items. It would also be helpful to be able to mark items in the order individually as opposed to the whole order. This should apply to the online orders as well.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin will no longer have to track status of orders separately and students/parents will receive their items more quickly and with less confusion.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Eliminates the need for me to ask every other admin on my team to see if they have issued a uniform that has been ordered or not.
