when the student is removed from the trial class there should be an option to list why they were removed - some reasons we have come across is they enroll in a different class, decide they didn't want to join or they voluntarily asked to be removed from the waitlist. Adding trial completed trial classes to the history also allows us to see where the student has been in our studio - once they are removed from the list there is zero history of them trying a class with us. |
