Registration Manager should be divided to show the classes the student would see to register inside their own portal and those that would require override

It would be nice if the registration manager view was divided into 2 sections - the top is the list of classes a student can register for (meaning exactly what they see in their own portal) and the bottom are classes that would require an override. We recognize that we can always override any class (for example if they are 'missing a skill') but if you are having people help with registration, it should be obvious to that person what's available for that student and what they would need to get permission to override. Under the student's name, it should also display what skills have been assigned and/or exceptions, etc. assigned to that student.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

The registration manager is great because it's quick, but if you have taken the time to assign skills, add exceptions, etc. and taken the time to discuss these 'skills' with the student, you shouldn't have to revisit this topic through a helper trying to register or have the discussion of their eligibility in front of others trying to register.

How should this work?

If it can't work as described above, then perhaps when a student is selected inside the registration manager, it's directed just to the registration page of their portal - as if you selected to go to the parent portal from the parent's account. Or perhaps, the classes seen by the person registering are linked to the security of the user - if they do not have authority to override, they won't see those classes listed......more complicated but another way.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?
