Remove the "No Discount" line from statements

We would like the ability to remove the "No Discount" line when items are fully listed in statements for bill separate items.

Our clients understand that when a class is billed separately, it's not discounted, and we would like this line not to be at the forefront of their receipt while we are still able to list out the breakdown of their tuition.
