Free Trial and Prorate Tuition

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Currently, the system allows to set up free trials. However, if parents want to enroll immediately after the class, the system doesn't prorate the tuition because it is based on day, not time of day. To address this, we ask parents to wait until they receive their trial follow up email the next day.

How should this work?

The registration manager should be able to prorate tuition based on time of day - if the class time has passed, that class should not be included when calculating the proration.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will allow us to capture registration immediately on the spot instead of waiting for the family to respond to their follow up email the next day. This eliminates an extra step for parents to remember to do the next day and allows our front desk staff to complete the dancer's enrollment.
