Ability to delete all notes from student account

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

If you do not save notes on student or parents accounts a specific way, once you no longer need the note, You cannot delete it from the account.

How should this work?

The save function should be the same with the same abilities to delete the note when no longer needed.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins, staff and student accounts.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Will take away confusion on notes that can't be deleted still being on the account. I add notes for payment solutions, shoe orders, over drafts and other need to know info and until We realized that you needed to check both highlight and admin only in order to delete highlighted notes from account, we are stuck with several accounts that have notes that can't be deleted.
