What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Not having to individually email the parents in a specific group from the lead center.

How should this work?

Just like the parents and students tab, have a drop down where you can select the leads that are a part of a specific parent group, and then have an action drop down with the option to email the selected leads.
