Ability to see likes/loves in the chat feature

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

There really is no point in having a like/love feature in the chat if you as the admin are unable to see who liked/loved something. For example, I could say in #parents "There is no class today due to weather. Please do not respond to this message as it is essentially a large group char. However, if you 'like' the message I will know you received the information.

How should this work?

show who liked/loved while hovering over or be able to click to see.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

There really shouldn't be a like/love feature if it's not usable. If it was usable to me, we could use it to our advantage organizationally.
