What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
This has been asked over and over again so I am creating ANOTHER request for this as it's a real problem that seems to be getting ignored. I just no-showed on a dancer who booked a drop-in because they did not show on the class count so I thought I had 0 registered for the class. Drop-In dancers need to show in the class total enrolled or show as a drop-in flag like trials do so I know students are coming. I should not have to run a report everytime I want to check for drop-ins. |
How should this work? |

This would be true for "make ups". Or can you even in the Make up report have a column with the class they are scheduled to make up. It helps office staff to be able to tell the student who is there looking for the class, which classes they are suppo
sed to go into.
Please fix this. Teachers should be able to see if a drop-in should be in their class or not without having to check with front office staff or run extra reports during class.
This is a huge issue and may become the reason I don't stick with Studio Pro. I have a Pilates program with only four reformers. When Studio Pro allows unlimited people to book as a "drop in" it becomes a logistical and administrative nightmare for me and my staff. I should not have to manually monitor classes to ensure 8 people aren't signed up for a drop-in class that can only accommodate 4 people. No other software I've used has such an enormous gap in the functionality for drop-ins. Please address this, team!
Yes please, this has been a huge issue for us as well!
