We have recently noticed a concern when connecting a Point of Sale purchase to a student and using a card on file. We have an Avery Miller and Averie Miller enrolled at the studio. The wrong parent was charged because within Point of Sale we are not able to further identify the student or parent when charging the card on file. |
How should this work? |
Scroll through more names or search by last name in Point of Sale. Also - identify the payment page with the Parent Name before selecting the card to use. |
