Parents are coming to me, and they are unable to see the DUE DATE for fees added on their account. They can see the date the fee was added, however. I'd love for them to be able to access and see the due dates with their fees.

You can consider turning on Due Dates for Statements, then they are able to access the statements on the Pay Online page and see the due dates for individual fees there! Please contact SP Support for more help with that!
