Size - get rid of the set size for t-shirts and leotards

It would be great to be able to pre-set these yourself, like you can add in your own sizes for costume companies.

Or just leave it blank like the other size fields.

not everyone uses this tyoe of sizing - perhaps have the ability to choose current or child 8, child 10 etc and adult 10, 12, 14 16 etc
