A lot of these old antiquated buildings that recitals and events are held in do not allow for cell phone or Wi-Fi Hot Spot data. Because of this we could not scan for the tickets and due to privacy laws the schools could not give us the Wi-Fi password. It was very challenging. I thought if there was a app that would just give Green when good or Red bad at the time the QR Code was scanned it might save us time and be easier.

I have been using a system called ticketleap. This makes it easy to verify tickets as valid, duplicated, cancled, or alredy scanned in. This way you do not have somone tring to scam you out of revinew. It does take some time to set up and train staff/volanteers however they have a great support team when there are questions, concerns, or issues that come up.
