Requiring waivers for a SPECIFIC season instead of ALL seasons

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Right now, all families/students have to sign ALL waivers that are marked as "Have parents accept when they register for classes in online registration". This includes adults/students who are signing up for classes completely unrelated to the waiver itself.

How should this work?

Have an option to assign a waiver to a specific season so that it will only appear for families who are registering for that specific season when they arrive at the payment page.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This will benefit students and families who have to go through the waiver process every time they register for a class even if the waiver is unrelated to the class/season that they are registering for.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This update will greatly improve the efficiency of the registration process for families/students once they reach the payment page.
