Right now, all families/students have to sign ALL waivers that are marked as "Have parents accept when they register for classes in online registration". This includes adults/students who are signing up for classes completely unrelated to the waiver itself. |
How should this work? |
Have an option to assign a waiver to a specific season so that it will only appear for families who are registering for that specific season when they arrive at the payment page. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
This will benefit students and families who have to go through the waiver process every time they register for a class even if the waiver is unrelated to the class/season that they are registering for. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This update will greatly improve the efficiency of the registration process for families/students once they reach the payment page. |
We really need this too. It's such a headache to have parents have to go back in and find the right additional waiver to sign, rather than have it front-loaded as a requirement with registration for that class. We have a general waiver that everyone has to sign, but also have a separate one for Musical Theatre that we don't want everyone else to sign.
