Would love coding to enter dancers' names on emails sent. We have families with multiple students who are typically in different groups or classes. This would help parents identify which student email or important information is directed to.

this would eliminate parent confusion for those who have multiple students enrolled.

How should this work?

Just like the automated emails where we have a drop down option to select “greetings” and “first name”, we should be able to do that for any emails sent through the system.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Families with multiple students would benefit from this immensely! They would no longer have to question which student the email applies to, especially for things that are group or class specific.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This would free up office time and eliminate email responses from parents asking “which of my dancers does this apply to?”
