Waiver - Create a Direct Link and/or include a link when registering through registration manager

When we find a waiver has not been signed, it would be nice to have a link to share that takes them directly to the waiver.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We have quite a few missed waivers since registraton is not always done online (it could be entered manually or through registration manager). An alternate way to capture these would close the gaps on liability issues. Printing, scanning and attaching is old school and a pain.

How should this work?

A few thoughts:

1) Under the student list active by classes, have an option to see who has not signed waivers so we can check mark that quickly to send an email. That email would be great if the body of text is already written and contains a link to the waiver section to complete.

2) Another option would be to have a button (like the email password button) that is also a direct link to the waiver

3) Have a direct link to copy and paste for use as we need it with the ability to post it to their account. Similar to posting something purchased online or through the POS to their account.

4) Allow us to bring up their waiver electronically for them to sign in person. I understand 'we' shouldn't have the ability to sign the waiver for them and nor would I want that - but there needs to be some sort of way for them to sign at the studio without forcing them to log in.

5) When you register through Registration Manager, the email confirmation they receive should have the link to the waiver

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Reduces liability and potential legal issues

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?
