Robo Text: Allow Filter for Season Enrolled and/or Other Status

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

When we are trying to communicate via Robo-Text it would be great to be able to do "All Students in XX Season" or "All Students in XX Event". We have had multiple complaints about parents who registered for a upcoming session getting texts designed for recital parents etc.

In the current setting, we would have to send texts to individual classes and pay $1/min per class (for us up to $25) whereas being able to do a season/event filter would keep us around the $0.10 each mark and avoid hitting parents that are not relevant
