I have summer and fall registration happening at the same time. They are separate seasons. I want summer registration to pay now, but fall registration to go to balance so that we have income in the fall. |
How should this work? |
Have the option to have tuition go to balance or pay in full per season, not all or nothing. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
This benefits everyone! It benefits admin, because then we don’t have to go back and charge people individually, benefits students because then they don’t have to pay for fall right away and can just pay for summer. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will make me feel less paranoid that someone didn’t fall through the cracks. Less emails later to parents about admin processing payments. |
I think I understand what you are saying and I think we do this for our Summer and Fall, but opposite. I have them pay for fall so they are locked into those classes and I can plan. For Summer, under the season I click the box that says don't charge tuition early. Then on the first of June I "post tuition" and charge auto pay. You would set it up that way for Fall and I think this would solve the problem you are talking about.
