Separate Tabs for Inactive Students vs. New Students

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Having to sort through the inactive tab figuring out who are previous students that are no longer active versus new students to the studio.

How should this work?

There should be a separate tab for new student portals, so it is clearly distinguished. Or an ability to add separate categories under the inactive tab.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will make following up with new parents regarding registration so much quicker and clearly show us who is new to the studio. Sometimes we end up with returning students making new portals because there is nowhere else to place their portal if they take a year off. If we had separate tabs, we wouldn't need to delete previous students instead they could truly be inactive, whereas right now new student portals get thrown in with them, mixed together, and lost in the process.
