Customer satisfaction. At the moment, our On Demand customers are paying for a service they don't fully receive, as the video disappears. It's doubling up on work, loading the same videos twice, as they are re-loaded by me once I've realised they disappear (usually when a client informs me that it isn't there any more.) |
