Files don't disappear at the end of a season

Files uploaded to the class disappear at the end of each season.

How should this work?

Files to remain on the portal once loaded unless deleted by us.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Students who wish to use the class videos after the season has ended (in school holidays when we don't teach physical classes)

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Customer satisfaction. At the moment, our On Demand customers are paying for a service they don't fully receive, as the video disappears. It's doubling up on work, loading the same videos twice, as they are re-loaded by me once I've realised they disappear (usually when a client informs me that it isn't there any more.)
