Ideas Portal
When setting a registration date, it would be beneficial to our families/ staff if we could set an appropriate time for the portal to open. As of now it's midnight on the scheduled date, which is very inconvenient to all.
What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
Our classes fill up very quickly, parents of young ones and full time work schedules find it diffcult to stay up all night just to secure a spot of thier child in a class. This also causes for a stressful un- enjoyable process. |
How should this work? |
Being able to set a specific time for the portal to open in addition to a specific date. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
All would benifit from this, staff and parents. I manage all registration emails and I have to be up at midnight for hours assisting parents through the registration process and fix any mistakes. Parents also would benefit as morning hours are more beneficial for their schedules. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
The registration process would cause less stress for staff and parents overall and make the experience more enjoyable/ easier. |
AGREED! The thought of staying up until midnight to monitor the process is a nightmare! Also we feel terrible making our clients stay up until midnight to get into their classes.
