Freeze Student and skill titles in report cards

With large classes or curriculum involving many skills, this stops the teacher from having to scroll to the left and top constantly to ensure they are selecting the right skill for the right student. It also reduces risk of human error.

How should this work?

Simply freeze row 1 and colum a, similar to how this would work in a spreadsheet - so that they are always visible when scrolling.
