Parents do not acknowledge the new waiver every year. There is no email, no prompt, no way to force them to acknowledge the living document that is our waiver. It changes every season. |
How should this work? |
Parents should recieve an automatic prompt when logging into their Parent Portal starting on a date selected by the studio. If they do not acknowledge the new waiver/policies they cannot register for classes. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
The studio liability will be protected. Our staff will not manually have to go through all 700 students to see if they have agreed. This will save time and potential legal issues. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
It will impact our busiest time of year greatly. We already are chasing tasks during registration. To be able to eliminate such a HUGE task would open up more time for other important tasks or cut down on the payroll expenses. |
yes that would be great, when any policy has been updated in a studio an email, parent online login, and alert should pop up in the parent portal app asking them to agreee to the new terms and they cannot do anything else on the app like enroll until the agree.
