What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
We have a trip that is paid in 4 payments through out the year. Even though the payments are not due we want it to still show in the balance. However, if there are other things like monthly classes or costume fees that have not been paid, we would like for parents to not be able to enroll for another class until the overdue payment is paid. |
How should this work? |
Make an option in the settings like the no registrations if there's a balance, but it would be no registration if there are over due charges |

Right now students who are enrolled in our trip have a balance most of the year. To register they have to call us to clear their account because the trip or summer camp payments are not due yet but show in the balance. However we must have the no registration if there is a balance on or we have people not paying for other classes |
