Parents often message the portal rather than sending an email. If we are closed they do not receive the away message that we have on our email. |

Either have a way to turn off the ability for parents to send a message through the portal, or have the ability to set an automatic response to messages sent through the portal. |

It will enable our staff to actually log off and rest during holidays/breaks and will give a more professional experience for parents because they will know that their message has been received. |
