Please Report of Skills by Student

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I give out ribbons to classes as they progress. I use skills to do that. But I dont' have a way to see which ribbons the students have already received in the past.

How should this work?

just make a new report where I see students listed and then all skills they've received or passed off next to that student (rather than a report that is divided BY skill and I find the student there...I might be able to chat gpt to combine and organize for me if I export every skill but this will be SO timely

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

admin mostly, but keeps me from messimng up stduents awards
