Ability to move additional data fields so they appear in the order we want and not in the order they were added.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Allows us to create the flow of questions that makes sense to the user. For example, if a new filed is required later and it has to do with contact info for the student, we would like it to show up with all other questions about student contact info, not at the bottom of the questions because it was the last one added. The only way to order questions the way we want now is to delete fields and reenter them in the order we want. And except during initial set-up, this method wipes out all data collected to date from students/

How should this work?

A feature on the Additional Data fields (Maintain fields tab) where the fields can be reordered by moving them up or down in the list of questions.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins when looking for info. Students when registering since the questions asked would be in a logical order.

It would allow admins to find data easier and reduce questions from students, thereby saving us time
