Coach Attendance!

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

This would help studios be able to take attendance of their coaches/ staff so at the end of the season we can see a percentage of how often someone missed and use it in a annual review to decide if we want to bring them back on and if we need to set a performance plan. I have over 60 coaches so keeping track is tricky.
