What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

It gives a quick snap shot of who cannot register due to past due tuition from the previous year(s).

How should this work?

When a parent has not paid accounts in full, This would prevent them from registering for classes until it is paid. It would also give the studio a snapshot of who cannot be registered for the new season.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin/owner.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will allow the studio to know who still owes a balance from any season prior to the new season and will save on collection attempts and fee's for the studio, It will also hopefully encourage parents to pay overdue balances.
