In a busy time we can schedule text messages

How should this work?

Just like the email scheduler

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

It will benefit all :)

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will greatly impact my day to day. I will not need to constantly set reminders to send out mass text messages. In a world of text message friendly families I often receive more contact from parents if I send out a mass text message.
