What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Allows teachers to receive immediate notification of a booked appointment for their schedule, in addition to receiving the reminder 24H in advance.

How should this work?

In addition to the main user receiving an email confirmation, the teacher that appointment was booked with also gets an emailed confirmation at time of booking

prevents appointments from falling through the cracks and gives teachers more than 24H notice

    Techers do receive emails when an appointment is booked, on the admin side and on the portal side. Please contact SP Support for more help with this.
