Permissions in system for staff need more granular

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I have teachers that would like to enter in skills into the system for me and without giving them more permissions can't let them do that function. Also with Events and Costumes I have staff that don't need access to everything just to manage costumes and events

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Make it easier for staff to help out in the system without giving them access to everything. Normal user and superuser permissions not working for us. Even with the minimal things you can customize in that permission set.
