Normal users are able to access any parent's online portal, including actions like changing student and payment information, and initiating credit card payments as if they were the parent themselves. |
How should this work? |
Normal users shouldn't have the "Go to Parent Portal" button available when viewing a parent's summary information. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Parents would be at less risk of having their private and financial information compromised. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
It would allow me to assign more administrative tasks to a Normal User, without me having to worry that they have inappropriate access. |
