Parent portal on computer and app navigation need to be more similar

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I have to give two diffferent sets of directions for parents to find things like past emails, volunteers, etc.

How should this work?

Making the site map to the parent portal the same as the parent app. It seems like a fairly easy fix.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

When I took my position in 2021, I started using DSP and made our complete studio digital. I have a Fine Arts School and I have used it for music, art, dance classes and even for private lesson schedule. I had just gotten them acclimated when the app came out. It is wonderful! But I have some parents looking at portal on computer, some on their smartphone, and some through the app. I just need to be able to say click "here" and "here" and it be the same for everyone.
