Statements, ability to add more info and edit what appears on statements

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

For our students, Statements and receipts must show the following:

❏ Date of sale and time sold

❏ Business name, address, phone number, email address

❏ Receipt Number

❏ Payor's name

❏ Descriptions of Item(s) or service purchased

❏ Total $ received and evidence of payment, such as a sale transaction number ❏ GST Registration Number (if GST was charged)

Not all of those items can be quickly added to the statements. I need to go in and manually enter them for every student. It is too time consuming. Some things I am not even able to add at all, such as adding our phone number or email to the top of the statement

How should this work?

In the Statement & Receipt Settings, ability to have more options on what to add to the statements and receipts. More locations to add and edit text on the statements.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It takes me 2-3 min to go in and manually edit every student's statement. We have over 1000 students. That is over 30 hours of work. If I have to keep doing manual work, Studio Pro will not work for us
