It will allow us to easily send out reminders/location changes/adjustments directly instead of having to go into each account or send mass emails. |
It would be great if you could add a customer to the appointments calander incl email, when booking, so that you can book one off hire sessions/privates. Or book privates for people who aren't students. We find that appointments are annoying becasuse you have to go through settings essentially to get to the calendar instead of from classes tab. Also, that you have to create a time item for each "booking length". This makes the list of booking items to choose from ever growing. Becuase you have to create a booking length to book a private or session. Why can't we have the diierent rates set as an item, and in the booking of the appointment you can choose how long it is and the price will adjust to the rate of that appointment type. At the moment it is the other way round. This is very frustrating indeed. and almost un-intuitive.
