Extra fees can be added without an Admin user being informed or realizing it has happened. This creates a risk of over charging the student. Extra fees are had to catch, because they are in small grey print under what looks like normal tuition charges, especially for large studios with many students. Normal users do not have access to post tuition, which is appropriate. However, they still have the ability to add extra fees to students through the student's Tuition Settings page. |

Normal Users should not have the Tuition Settings page available when viewing / editing a student. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admins will benefit from not creating additional liability risk to their business. Families will benefit by not having charges inappropriately charged to their account. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
It would be one less thing I need to worry about my Normal users being able to do. |
