The options provided for prorating tuition for within season registrations do not match our needs for how our tuition is calculated. |
How should this work? |
More options provided to allow studios to customize proration to their needs. For example - our tuition is calculated for the entire season (certain number of class sessions in the season) and divided into 11 even installments for parents. Each installment reflects 1/11th of the entire season, but does NOT directly correlate to the exact number of meetings that month - so the proration options offered in StudioPro do not match our totals. We can manually change the totals on our end, but if a family registers themselves online their amounts are incorrect. |
