Add command placeholders in email/SMS templates to automatically insert a child's name, parent's name, and other relevant details, similar to most CRMs.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Currently, when sending emails or SMS messages, staff must manually type or copy-paste names and details, increasing the risk of errors and making communication less efficient. This feature would streamline messaging and personalize communication automatically.

How should this work?

A set of placeholder commands (e.g., {{child_name}}, {{parent_name}}, {{class_name}}) should be available within the email/SMS template editor. When a message is sent, the system should automatically replace these placeholders with the correct details from the student's profile.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins and Staff: Saves time by automating personalization, reducing manual work, and minimizing errors in communication.

Parents and Students: Receive correctly formatted, personalized messages, making interactions feel more professional and engaging.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will improve efficiency by eliminating the need for manual data entry in messages. It ensures consistency, enhances professionalism in communications, and reduces the chance of mistakes (e.g., sending the wrong name). It will also allow for smoother bulk messaging while maintaining a personalized touch.
