Admin staff don't need to also remember to search for the family on the main database to send the parent their password on a newly created account |
How should this work? |
Should be a tickbox on the checkout/payment screen to say "Email Parent their login details?" This also means that any pre-existing parents who don't know their details, can recieve their details on the spot as well |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admins - less double handling of a singular task / parent Parents - less issue with accessing their portal as they recieve the information straight away |

This will greatly reduce the manual administration by our team and increase parent satisfaction of being able to access their portal immediately. |
