What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
We run different sessions with different payment schedules and fee situations all year. And when we post our tuition charges specifically to our annual program monthly, we charge to everyone, even those on different schedules, and we have to go back and delete them. We have some kids in more than one session, so un checking the child to be charged doesnt help. Why can't we choose the session when we post charges or run autopay? |

admins who have to work around and deal with families, who it will also benefit, as they get charged when they shouldn't be and are then confused and irritated, and then my studio looks unorganized or unprofessional |
