Due Dates - Allow individual due dates with new seasons, classes, workshops, lessons

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Allow due dates to be set with EVERY new season, workshop, class etc that we set up and due allow dates for EVERY private lesson we book from admin and not the generic due date for all bookings from privates or settings especiially when we book weeks in advance for both workshops and lessons. It's not professional and looks to the parnet that they owe money and are due payment. This is not professional and makes so much un necessary commnicaotn and admin work to respond to queries and if we change/alter/cancel the lesson/workshop dates etc. manually!
